This is the plain-English version, because a privacy notice nobody reads protects nobody. If you want something clarified, call or text me and ask.
Every form on this site asks for your name, phone number and email, and some of them ask where you are in the process, your timeframe, and what drew you to a particular home. You type it, so you know you gave it.
That information goes to two places and no further:
I use it to answer your question, send you what you asked for, and follow up about buying or selling a home. Nothing else.
This site uses the Meta Pixel, a piece of tracking code from Facebook and Instagram's parent company. It sets cookies in your browser and tells Meta which pages you looked at here and whether you submitted a form.
I use it for two things: to see which homes people actually look at, and to show my listings to people who have visited this site. Your name, phone number and email are not sent to Meta by this site.
Your browser also hands over ordinary technical information to the company that hosts this site, such as your approximate location and what kind of device you are on. That is how every website works.
Email or text me and ask, and I will delete your information from my systems and tell you when it is done. You do not need a reason and you do not need to explain yourself. One exception: if we are mid-transaction or have already closed, real estate records have to be retained for a period set by law and by my brokerage, and I cannot delete those.
This site is for people buying and selling homes. It is not directed at children and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
The date at the top changes with it. I am not going to email you about a privacy policy update, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does.
